WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE GENRE OF MUSIC?
Hmmmm, well I first started out DJing UK garage, it was the thing at the time so my love will always be with that. I also love vocal uplifting House and Electro, anything with a nice vocal in it gets my vote!

WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO BE A DJ?
My father was a DJ and I got on my set of decks when I was 11 years old and have been doing it ever since. I just love the energy the crowd gives back to you and you can’t get a better high than that.

WHAT DO YOU DO IN YOUR SPARE TIME?
I will admit I’m a bit of a couch potato there’s nothing like enjoying your day off in front of the Xbox playing some sort of madness, but I also like to keep up to date with what’s out there music wise so that also takes a lot of my time up.

IF YOU COULD DJ ANYWHERE, WHERE WOULD IT BE?
Well there is actually two places that I would love to DJ at, firstly Pacha in Ibiza and secondly Coco in Camden, London.

WHO INSPIRES YOU AS A DJ?
I would have to go way back in the day with this one and say DJ Rap. I remember listening to her when she first started her mixes were flawless and the way she could incorporate most genres into one set was brilliant and to do that now on vinyl is not an easy thing to do ESPECIALLY when laptops and other programs can auto mix for you so all you have to do is just cue a couple of songs up.

WHAT TRACKS DO YOU LOVE AND NOT LOVE PLAYING AT THE MOMENT?
Ok the one track I love playing at the moment would have to be Bingo Player 'Cry'. I just love the vocal in it, it’s a proper summer tune that makes you think of all the good days and definitely I like that by Luciana, that will never get old. The track I’m not loving to play at the moment is Party Rock… I’m so sorry people I know you all love it but its just one of those songs that you always get requested about 6 times a night for and it has just got old with me very quick hahaha.

WHAT CAN YOU REMEMBER ABOUT YOUR FIRST GIG?
I was terrified, it was my 18th birthday I was used to playing on a radio station but not in nightclubs, my mind went blank, I felt sick and I couldn’t stop shaking. I managed to pull myself together and started mixing. My vinyl started to jump in the middle of a mix and then the stylus decided not to work, so with me panicking it didn’t go to well. The following week after the club decided to get new decks and I re-brought the track that was jumping it turned out to be a really good night a great second attempt!

WHAT IS YOUR MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT?
I was DJing at a club called Escape back home in London and it must have been around the 12am mark, the crowd were having a good time everyone was dancing and then all of a sudden the lights went out, the music went off and the emergency lights came on and they were so bright. Everyone was booing and clapping, all of central London had a power cut and power didn’t restore for about 12 hours needless to say it was pretty eventful.

WHERE CAN WE FIND YOU?
I DJ at Envy Nightclub in Broadbeach and Bliss nightclub in Grafton.
