DJ Jools

Jools started djing 1995 in Manly in his dads pizza shop. This ultrafunkula man of the people has come along way in the last 9 years. Having previously played in Sydney clubbing institutions Stateside, High Times and Delicious all at the old underground cafe in its heyday he knows how to funk it up his qualifications dont stop there, He was one of the earliest resident djs at the globe for "Switched On" which ran for 5 years as well as a resident at Tank for 1.5 years plus many one off parties and events including house of decadance in the late nineties.

A self confessed lover of all things spicey and sexy, the big man has got the records to make the dancefloor grind. His sound is predomiently funky as hell, pure underground house music complete with soulful vocals, dirty rumbling basslines and beats to make you move. he can work it from deep house all the way to hands in the air, going completely nuts big room house music.

Jools' has a huge heart and true to his Itallian background he has never been one to take a backward step, he is a man who shares advice and always calls a spade a spade.

Currently Jools is the Resident at PLAN B @ The Bourben every Saturday night as well as at "Bohemian " on more the the deep house tip @ Bohem, this along with his weekday job @ Martin's Records when he works Wednesday to Sunday pushing all the best house tunes to eager vinyl junkies. Having working in record stores most of the last 5 years at Central Station and Acetate he knows what tunes will destroy a dancefloor.
