Ness began her solo career in 2001, and has been heavily influenced by Pete Murray, Natalie Imbruglia, The Eagles and Ritchie Valens. Music has been a part of her life ever since she could remember, and to Ness it's a passion and a great way of expressing herself.
She began performing at charity Nights in 2000, then in 2001 she recorded her first song "Won't Be Long", at Diamondz Studios. Following the recording she performed her first hit infront of over 500 people at the Hills Centre, Castle Hill. Ness describes her music as easy listening and inspiring, as every song tells a story about the stages in life.
In 2009, Ness performed weekly in restaurants and dinner/dance functions with her set lists containing easy listening, dinner music and pop tracks from the 60's through to the 90s. Ness is now performing hits from any era you wish! Just name the style and she'll do the show!
