The Surf Rock Hotel has been an institution on Sydney's northern beaches for over 20 years.

In 2004 the Surf Rock Hotel on Collaroy Beach closed its doors to undergo major redevelopment of the old site. Publican Brian Adams had a dream to design and build a modern contemporary beachside hotel and café to cater for locals and visitors alike.

This state of the art venue showcasing Australia's best surfing memorabilia ever collected reopened in March 2005.

Bars

There are two sensational bars, which offer patrons a unique and relaxing environment

The ground floor surrounds a raised stage, which is host to some of Sydney's finest entertainers and comedians. This is the place for diners to enjoy an exceptional meal for lunch or dinner with family and friends then ease into an evening of superb entertainment.

The first floor is a bar transforms from a relaxed afternoon or early evening drink to a vibrant nightclub where you can dance til the early hours of the morning to DJ Patrick Fahey.

The roof top garden - due to open November 2006. This superb area offers exceptional views over Collaroy Beach and far beyond to the central coast. This is an exceptional area for a quiet lunch or a private function to impress your friends.
